These Terms of Service (the 'Terms') govern your access to and use of Solantify's no-code Solana token creator platform for making Solana tokens and meme coins.

2. Solana Token Creation Fees

Creating a Solana token incurs a base fee of 0.1 SOL. Optional authority revocations, which enhance token security, are available at an additional cost of 0.05 SOL each. All fees are non-refundable.

3. Blockchain Transactions & Responsibility

Transactions for creating Solana tokens are permanent and irreversible on the blockchain. You acknowledge and are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have sufficient SOL in your wallet to cover all associated fees.
• Thoroughly verifying all token creation details before finalizing the transaction.
• Understanding that Solantify does not control the Solana blockchain network or the outcome of transactions once submitted.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you provide for your Solana token (e.g., logos, descriptions). You grant Solantify a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely for the purpose of token creation. The Solantify platform itself, including its software and design, remains our proprietary intellectual property.

5. Third-Party Services Integration

Our Solana token creator integrates with third-party services such as Phantom Wallet for transactions and Pinata for decentralized storage of token metadata. These services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Solantify is not liable for any issues arising from your use of these third-party services.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

Solantify's Solana token generator is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available' without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• The future value or success of any Solana token created using our platform.
• That our service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Protection from inherent risks associated with blockchain technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solantify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or token value, arising from your use of our Solana token creator.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Solantify's Solana token generator at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms. You may cease using Solantify at any time.
